At BostonPhoto360, we want to make your event planning easy! Below are the most frequently asked questions about our 360 Photo Booths and Selfie Booths to help you understand how they work and what to expect.
General Questions
How much space is required for the photo booth setup?
- 360 Photo Booth: Requires a 10×10 ft space for safe movement.
- Selfie Booth: Needs only a 6×6 ft space.
Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
- Yes, but a covered area is required in case of rain or excessive sunlight. We recommend placing the booth in a shaded or tented area to ensure the best quality photos.
How long does it take to set up the booth?
- We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event starts to set up and test the booth. Breakdown takes around 30 minutes.
What power source is required?
- A standard US power outlet (110V/15A) is all we need. We bring extension cords and power strips for flexibility.
Photo & Printing Questions
How do guests receive their photos?
- Digital photos and videos are instantly shared via text, email, or QR code.
- If prints are included, guests receive unlimited* prints during the event.
*What does unlimited prints mean?
- “Unlimited prints” means that each guest in the photo can typically receive up to two prints per session, or within reason. We won’t print excessive amounts (e.g., 40 copies for one guest) to ensure fairness for all attendees.
Do you provide props?
- Yes! Props are included at no extra charge.
Do you provide a table for props?
- Yes, we bring a table with a black fabric stretch cover to display all props.
Rental & Booking Questions
Do I need an attendant for the photo booth?
- Selfie Booth: No attendant is required if no prints are included. It can be dropped off and picked up later.
- Selfie Booth with Prints: Requires an attendant (+$200 fee for media & staffing).
- 360 Photo Booth: Always includes a professional attendant at no extra charge.
What is the deposit and payment policy?
- A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- You can reschedule once within 12 months, subject to availability.

Where do you provide photo booth rentals?
- We serve all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including:

✅ Rhode Island (Providence, Newport, and more)
✅ Fall River, MA
Do you charge travel fees?
- We DO NOT charge a travel fee in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
